Life is a road trip where no matter how much time you spend planning,  unpredictable things can happen. Within any route, one can experience fresh paved roads, beautiful scenery, good food, and people. However, other experiences may include potholes, traffic, flat tires, engine issues, and other unforeseen events.  While we try our hardest to move forward when these difficulties appear, sometimes it can really make a person and/or people question their ability to cope.

What helps? AAA of course, but who in our lives can we count on to guide us out of the trenches and reach our destination of mental wellness?

 

 As a licensed mental health counselor, I am excited to have an opportunity to fill that role and support you on your journey towards healing and self-discovery. As a sole telehealth practice, I am able to provide services not only in my local community of central Florida, but all communities within the sunshine state.
